The distance for these races is between four and five miles and would be suitable for all our members.
These are just one race with men, women and younger runners all in the same race.

Saturday 14th January Wollaton Park Nottingham
For this League there are separate races for men, women and the younger runners.
The men run 10k distance while the ladies will run 6k and for the younger runners under 17 varying distances depending upon whatever age they are.
The start times are ladies race at 13.25 and the men at 13.55
The dates for the Counties, Regional and National X-Countries have as yet not been confirmed.
