For new members or people that haven’t done one before: the BDL races are free to take part in for Harriers members, and are usually about 4.5-5 miles. You need to wear a club vest to take part; if you don’t have one let Malc know and he should be able to sort one out for you. The first 7 males and first 3 females count towards team positions, but the more runners we get out the better. The races are suitable for a wide range of standards, so if you haven’t done one before, why not give it as go?
Also, we are helping Chesapeake with putting this race on – a number of people have already come forward to help marshal but if you can help with this please let Malc know if you haven’t already done so
