Further to previous posts and communication the club’s annual general meeting is on Tuesday 10th Feb at 8pm at The Devonshire. There will be a short run from the leisure centre leaving AT 7PM PROMPT to allow people chance to change and get to the meeting.
Please try and attend if you can- this is a great opportunity to have your say on how YOUR club is run.
Attached are the minutes from last year’s meeting together with a draft agenda- let me know if there are specific items not covered that you want raising and I will add them.
I have highlighted actions outstanding in the notes of the previous meeting as well.
