This weekend its the double or quit ( 5or 10 mile ) race at Shipley park Saturday teatime. Then I will be doing another 10 mile run Sunday morning meet at 8am at the triangle for a 10 mile on road run , hoping for av pace of 10mm everyone welcome , there will be shorter cut back routes along the way if needed.
