Handicap reminder – tonight is a handicap run starting from the mill , meet normal time 7.15 -7.30 to set of the slower runners at 7.30 I think Rob and myself will be able to manage the timing etc so thanks for the offers of help – you can run if that was your preference or still help out.
Most likely there will be people heading back to the Devonshire for a drink afterwards but no food organised.
