- Non members cannot race sadly

- First 7 members from each club “count”
- Just turn up with your club vest and race. Very simple format!
- No registration required
There is just one race with men, women and younger runners all in the same race.

We are lucky to be part of this East Midlands league which operates road / trail races in summer and Cross Country races in Winter. There’s about 8 clubs who compete in these races making them very popular. Here’s a little bit more info on the summer race format.
