Hi All
The next cross country takes place next Sunday, starting at 11am at Chaddesdon Park in Derby. As it Remembrance Sunday there will be a 2 minute silence before the start.
A big well done to our intrepid cross country runners for yesterday’s performance in the National Relays at Mansfield- I am sure it was a tough and muddy course- lovely!
Cheers
Rob

Grudging respect to Heanor Men who came 10th. Our men were 137th and women 75th
