Thanks to Gemma and John for keeping me company on Sunday , we had mostly good weather for our run along the A6 and along the canal , I wont be doing my long runs in the local area for the next two weekends so if anyone else fancies meeting up and going for a long run let me know and i’ll post the info on here.

I’m up for a long run this Sunday and you’re not here this time! I’ve been in London a little and last weekend I was ill. I’m planning on a long one this weekend. Probably try at least 18miles. Will be happy to have company from anyone who’s up for it.
