Hi folks, in addition to Malcolm's 1830 sandbed session we will also have hill reps this Thurs 1930 on Jackson's lane which is off Chevin road in Milford. This will be more technical rocky muddy terrain so good practice for off road running, all abilities. Ruth Keeley

For every Thursday in May at 730pm we are using the great venue that is Dalley Lane. Park in the (now closed) Bulls Head pub or run from home. It's a great venue and it will be handicapped so if you want to get stronger then come along! Great improvement session
